I was a mess after my first time getting arrested, and on suspicion of driving under the influence to boot.  I spent a good while searching on Yelp, Avvo, and considering recommendations from friends.  I gave James a call, a bit choked up about my situation, and he assured me he would do everything in his power to help me.  In the end, I felt comfortable with James, in part because of all the positive reviews on Yelp, and I felt that I had a fighting chance with him.  We won on the criminal side without ever getting to court.  The ADLRO/civil portion took more time, but ultimately the revocation was rescinded.  James was a calm and collected attorney all the way through and I don't think I could have done it without him.  I can only speak from my experience, but I would highly recommend James to anyone who is experiencing their own unfortunate alcohol-related run-in with the law.
